Hi Everyone!!
I have finished my grocery shopping for week 1 of phase 2... Only spent $25!!! Can't beat that! Also picked up a digital kitchen scale (Walmart's Mainstays brand- works great!).
I've pre-made all of my lunches for the week plus part of my dinners. Going to cook up something HCG approved with lean ground beef later to complete the week's meals. Not sure what that'll be but I'll be sure to let y'all know what it is and how it turns out!
So far on Loading Day 2, I've had two eggs with cheese and a turkey burger with cheese and mayo. I know, I need to step it up and load up! It's just so hard because I am not at all hungry. Oh well, my body will be thanking me later on, during phase 2, when all of this unwanted fat will be melting off! So ready for that!!
