Hey y'all!
Okay, so today is Loading Day 2 for me... I am going for the healthy fats today. Eggs, dairy, avocados, etc. are on the list. I am definitely making some guacamole! :)
Also on today's agenda: Shopping! Grocery shopping, that is. I'm going to get everything I need for week 1 of phase 2 and premake all of my meals today. Sure, that means reheating, but better to reheat than cheat, right?! I don't cook much, and often don't have the time with work, school, and kids, so I plan to keep it down to one day a week, cooking for the whole week.
I am going to check out my local natural foods store, too. Maybe I'll find some yummy stevia drops!
Drops taken, 15 minutes have passed, now off to have breakfast: Eggs with cheese and hopefully some veggies (if I have any in the fridge, lol)!
